When we launched Triple Checklist, our initial goal was simple: fix transaction checklists. Even the most sophisticated legal transactions were still managed by manually updating multiple versions of a Word document and emailing them back and forth between deal parties. That made little sense to us, so we set out to build an easy to use, collaborative, AI-native alternative. Nearly a year later, firms of all sizes use Triple Checklist to manage their most complex transactions.
