No Model Training

We never use customer data to train AI models. All AI processing is performed through Azure OpenAI, which does not retain or learn from customer inputs.

We work with reputable third-party firms to conduct annual penetration tests and quarterly vulnerability assessments. All findings are addressed per our Vulnerability Management policy.
