The Walton Partner Program

Walton is building the world's first end-to-end system for autonomous legal transactions. But the best transaction outcomes still require sound legal judgment.

That’s why today we’re launching our Partner Program, which connects experienced, vetted transactional attorneys with clients using Walton to run their transactions.

If a Walton customer doesn’t yet have counsel, Walton will match them with a qualified partner attorney during onboarding. Walton helps coordinate administrative logistics such as engagement letters and invoicing, but partner attorneys maintain a direct, independent attorney-client relationship and receive the full transaction fee.

For attorneys, the Partner Program provides direct access to new clients who need immediate counsel on live deals. Instead of every new engagement starting with networking, pitching, or traditional business development, attorneys can step into an active transaction at exactly the right moment.

For clients, the Partner Program combines the efficiency and cost savings of Walton’s platform with high quality legal counsel where expertise matters most.

We’re initially bringing on partners with venture financing experience. As Walton expands to support additional transaction types, the Partner Program will expand with it.
